Draft
Terms of use
These draft terms cover use of the public JURINEZ website and the early access form. They are not a subscription agreement, and they have not been through legal review.
Draft, pending legal review. This page is not a final policy, not a contract, and not legal advice. It will be replaced after counsel has reviewed it. Last updated 8 November 2026.
Who we are
The site is published by Nezuna Technologies Inc., Ontario, Canada. JURINEZ is that company’s legal practice management product, currently in development.
The site is informational
Pages on this site describe a planned product. They are not an offer to sell a subscription, not a quote, and not a representation that a feature is available today. Where a page says a control or feature is planned or designed, that is a statement of intention. It is not a warranty that the control exists in a production system.
The waitlist is not a contract
Submitting the early access form does not create an account, reserve a seat, set a price, or oblige us to offer you access. There is no public launch date. We may invite firms in Canada, change the product, or decide not to open early access, without liability for that decision beyond what applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Please do not send confidential or privileged information through the form. See the draft Privacy Policy for what the form collects.
No legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. JURINEZ, when it exists as a product, will be a tool for professionals. It will not practise law.
Acceptable use
You may use the site and the form for a lawful enquiry about JURINEZ. You may not:
- Probe, flood or attempt to break the form or the site.
- Submit information you are not entitled to share.
- Misrepresent who you are or which organization you work for.
- Use the site to send malware or to harvest data.
We may ignore or discard a submission that breaks these rules, including automated submissions caught by the form’s hidden field.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout and the JURINEZ name are owned by Nezuna Technologies Inc. or used by it with permission. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site into another product or present it as your own. A logo has not been published. The word JURINEZ on this site is a text wordmark until a logo is supplied.
Docnez is a product of Nezuna Technologies Inc.. DocuSign is a third-party service a firm may connect later. Naming it here does not grant any right in that service.
No warranty
The site is provided as a public description of a product in development. To the extent the law allows a draft notice to say so, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the planned product will be released in the form described. Counsel will settle the final warranty language.
Liability
A limitation of liability will be included in the reviewed terms. Until that review, we do not ask you to rely on a cap, an exclusion of damages, or any other limitation written here. Do not treat this paragraph as an enforceable waiver.
Governing law
The reviewed terms are expected to be governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, with the courts of Ontario as the venue. That choice is a draft. It is not a final governing-law clause.
Changes
We may replace this draft by posting a new version on this page. The reviewed terms, when they exist, will say how changes to a paid service are handled. There is no paid service on this site today. See the pricing page.
